Book Review

I appreciate Digital read blog tours and the author for making me a part of the blog tour and also for sending me  Arcacia – A children fantasy book in exchange for an honest review. And It was totally worth the time I spent reading it.

“So all because Selina the sorceress princess of the west refused to marry the sorcerer prince of the north, war started in a magical kingdom. The Princess left handicapped and unable to save her family and kingdom for breaking the rule, was made to separate from her triplets and husband while they were still babies. The babies were also separated after being  collected from their mother, where they have gone to, we don’t know, what will become of them is unlikely, will they ever be able to meet again, will they reunite with their mother and father and stop the war going on in the kingdom?”

Those were the thoughts going on in my head when I started reading Arcacia.

It took me to a world of sorcerers and sorceresses, trolls and scepters, dragons and snakes with heads that grow back when they are cut off.

I didn’t really enjoy it much at the begining, it felt like some common story or one of the usual fantasy books, but by the time I got to the middle of the book, I was fixed to the book as I could not drop it or take my eyes off it till I finished it.

Sophie, selina’s daughter, together with her friends, olivia, eddie, rees and rowen are on a journey to not only end the war going on in their kingdom but to also discover who they truly are.

There were parts that stuck me and made me wonder, there were parts that got me thinking and also parts that got me a little emotional.

I also loved the unity and love that radiated amongst them. And it is a great fantasy for children.

It is totally worth spending on. I would give it 4/5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐
