Book Review:
Kat is a very good storyteller, I was captivated from the beginning of this novella to the end.
I wanted to stop but I just couldn’t and before I knew it, I had read into the night.
Fern is about the eldest of the Montgomery sisters, who lived in a country filled with misogynsts and men who were intimidated by strong willed women.
This story started off really well with the insight into the character and personality of the sisters, and then it took a new turn that I wasn’t expecting, from a murder investigation to getting to know the obnoxious men that lived in Manchester, to a sudden twist of near death experiences and finally to an unexpected romance.
A book that takes you by surprise with every turn of the pages. I can’t wait to read the other books in the Montgomery sisters series
